Probably the northernmost statue of Lenin in the world. Welcome to Svalbard, a place that, although de jure Norwegian is de facto Russian - the abandoned coal mining town of Pyramiden (Пирамида).

Because of the resolution, it is very difficult to spot the reindeer grazing to the left of the sign in the middle of the photo. This is a place that is inhabited by very few people and nature is slowly reclaiming it back.
